Discord Temporary Voice Channels (Join to Create)
On busy servers every group asks staff for a voice channel, and empty channels pile up in the list. VeyroBot solves this with a single "create a room" channel: a member joins it, the bot opens a voice room just for them and moves them in. The owner manages the room with a control panel sent by the bot, and the room deletes itself when the last person leaves.
Opens on join, deleted when empty
The moment a member joins the creator channel, a new voice room opens in the category you chose and the member is moved in. When the last real member leaves, the room is deleted; bots staying inside don't count as occupants.
A control panel for the owner
Lock, Hide, User Limit (0–99), Rename (up to 100 characters) and Claim buttons. Only the room owner can use the panel, and only while in the room; the bot performs the actions, so no extra Discord permission is given to the member.
A room never stays ownerless
If the owner left, someone still inside can take over with Claim after a short wait. Ownership can't be taken while the owner is still in the room, and the creator can take it back on returning.
Set up with three choices
In the dashboard or with the /jtc-setup command you pick the creator voice channel, the category rooms open in and the default user limit. 0 means unlimited; the owner can change it for their own room later.
Who it’s for
Gaming servers whose voice channel needs change hour by hour, and busy communities where every group asks staff for a channel.
Who it’s not for
Small servers where one permanent public room is enough. A temporary room doesn't replace a permanent channel; it is deleted when empty.
Setup in 3 steps
-
1
Add the bot to your server
Open the invite link above, pick your server and approve the permissions. The bot comes online within seconds.
-
2
Pick the creator channel and category
Dashboard → your server → Voice Channels (JTC): choose the voice channel members join (give it a clear name like "➕ Create a Room") and the category rooms open in. You can do the same with the /jtc-setup command.
-
3
Set the user limit and test it
Enter the default user limit (0 is unlimited), then join the creator channel yourself to confirm a room opens and the control panel arrives. The bot needs permission to create channels in that category.

Frequently asked questions
How many temporary rooms can be open?
VeyroBot sets no separate cap; the limit is Discord's channel limit per server. Rooms are deleted as they empty, so they don't pile up in practice.
Is a locked room a hidden room?
No. Locking stops new people from joining, and the room stays visible in the list. If you don't want it visible, also use the Hide button.
Can I change the room name pattern for the whole server?
No. The room name comes from the bot's pattern in the server language, and there is no per-server name pattern setting. After the room opens, its owner can rename it.
Adding it is all it takes to try
Add VeyroBot to your server and turn on the modules you want in the web dashboard. You can switch off anything you don't use.
