Quick Setup & Authorization

Add and initialize VeyroBot on your server in 30 seconds.

VeyroBot fully complies with Discord latest Slash (/) command standards. Basic commands work immediately after adding the bot without complex setup.

The moment the bot joins your server it scans it and sends the first health report (score and top findings) privately to the person who added it. Findings are never shared in the server; if your direct messages are closed, only a short welcome is posted in a channel and the full results appear in the Overview tab of the web dashboard.

The Server Health card in the dashboard's Overview tab can fix some Discord setting issues (verification level, explicit content filter and dangerous permissions on @everyone) in one click with your approval. Every fix is recorded in the Discord audit log and can be undone within 24 hours; you need the matching Discord permission to do it.

Why does it ask for Administrator? The invite link requests the Administrator permission. Because VeyroBot keeps gaining new modules, it uses a single permission instead of a fixed list — so when a new feature ships you don't have to re-invite the bot or adjust permissions by hand. You can switch off any module you don't use from the web dashboard; a disabled module performs no action on your server. If you prefer not to grant Administrator, you can untick it on Discord's authorization screen; the link also requests the other permissions individually, so the bot keeps working with those.
Tip: Botun rolünü sunucu ayarlarında yöneteceği diğer rollerin hover taşımanız, AutoMod ve rol atama özelliklerinin hatasız çalışmasını sağlar.
Sample Starter Commands Slash (/)
/help # Opens categorized menu of all active commands
/ping # Measures Discord Gateway and API latency
/botinfo # Displays system status, uptime, and stats

Dynamic XP Formula

Progressive fair XP thresholds per level with spam-protected experience gain algorithm.

Web Panel XP Management

Adjust or reset user XP, configure channel exemptions, and set level announcement channels via web panel.

Web Leaderboard Page

Every server with the level system enabled gets its own leaderboard page on the website, and the /leaderboard command shares a link to that page instead of printing the list in chat. Administrators run resets there, and members can reset their own level if the server allows it.

Temporary Voice Channels (Join to Create)

Smart voice room system that creates custom channels upon join and deletes them when empty.

When a user joins the designated '➕ Create Room' channel, a private voice room is created and the user is moved instantly. The channel is automatically deleted when the last human leaves.

Room Owner Permissions

The room owner is given Discord permissions to move and mute members, rename the room and set a user limit. Locking and hiding the room is done through the bot, using the Room Control Panel buttons posted in the room.

Smart Auto-Cleanup

Even if a music bot remains in the room, the channel is immediately deleted once the last human user leaves.

Achievements

Free

Achievements that unlock as members hit goals, get announced and grant role rewards.

You define achievements from the dashboard. No extra setup is needed, because the bot already tracks 17 different metrics such as messages, reactions, voice minutes, invites, active days, threads, giveaways, support tickets, level and server tenure. When a member passes the threshold the achievement unlocks, a celebration is sent to the announcement channel (or by DM if none is set) and an optional role reward is granted. Achievements can be single-step or tiered as Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Free servers can define 3 achievements, premium servers 25.

Ready-made Packs

Apply ready-made achievement packs themed around chat, voice, community and growth with a single click; thresholds and tiers come pre-balanced.

Visual Progress Card

Members see their progress on a card rendered with Rust Canvas: unlocked tiers, remaining goals and how rare each achievement is on the server.

Public Showcase

Your server gets its own achievement showcase page on the site. Hidden achievements have their name and threshold masked server-side, and member identities are never exposed.

Seasonal Events

Give an achievement a start and end date; progress is counted only within that window, and expired events disappear from the showcase.

Achievement Commands Slash (/)
/basarimlar Shows your own achievement card and progress
/basarimlar uye:@uye Views another member's achievements
/basarim-siralama Server ranking by tier-weighted score
/basarim-ver uye:@uye Grants a manual achievement to a member (Manage Server)
/basarim-sifirla Resets progress for a member or the whole server

Birthday Celebration System

Free

Members save their birthday; automatic role, announcement and removal at the end of the day.

Members save their birthday with a command. Every day the bot checks whose birthday it is in the server's chosen time zone, posts the celebration in the channel you pick and grants the birthday role if one is set. The role is removed automatically at the end of the day, so it never piles up. On premium servers the celebration can also be sent as a DM and more than one role can be granted.

Time-zone Aware

The celebration is sent in the server's chosen time zone at the hour you set, so nobody misses the day.

Privacy Friendly

The year is optional and members can delete their record at any time with their own command.

Automatic Role Removal

The birthday role is removed at the end of the day; role hierarchy is checked, and roles above the bot are never attempted.

Premium Extras

DM celebrations and multiple birthday roles are available on premium servers; the core celebration works fully on free servers.

Birthday Commands Slash (/)
/dogumgunu-kaydet Saves your birthday (year optional)
/dogumgunu Shows your own or a member's saved birthday
/dogumgunleri Lists upcoming birthdays
/dogumgunu-sil Deletes your own birthday record

Reminders

Free

Channel reminders that repeat at a set hour or on a regular interval.

You define recurring messages such as event announcements, rule reminders or a weekly meeting call from the dashboard. A reminder runs either at a specific hour of the day or on a regular interval, and the schedule is evaluated in the server's own time zone. The message can be plain text or a rich embed with several fields and a large image, and a live preview shows exactly how it will look before you publish it. Free servers can define 1 reminder, premium servers 10.

Two Scheduling Modes

A specific hour of the day or a regular interval; both follow the server's time zone.

Rich Embed and Image

Multiple fields, a large image and file upload support; the colour follows your server embed colour.

Live Preview

See exactly how the message will look in Discord before publishing; editing happens on the same screen.

Per-channel Control

Each reminder targets its own channel; if the channel is deleted the reminder stops quietly instead of spamming.

Reminder Management Slash (/)
Web Panel Reminders are managed only from the web dashboard (Server Management → Reminders)

Timed Messages

Free

Automatic posting on an interval or after a certain number of messages.

Instead of retyping rule reminders, promos or tips, you attach them to a channel. There are two trigger styles: a fixed time interval, or a certain number of messages accumulating in the channel. The second style stops posts from landing in an empty channel on quiet servers — if nobody is talking, the message waits. Free servers can define 1 timed message, premium servers 10.

Activity-aware Pacing

The message-count trigger holds back posts in quiet channels, so the server never feels spammy.

Text or Embed

Send as plain text, or as a rich embed with title, description, image and colour.

Independent Entries

Each entry has its own channel, pace and content; disabling one never affects the others.

Dashboard Management

Adding, editing, toggling and previewing all live in one tab; no Discord command needed.

Timed Message Management Slash (/)
Web Panel Timed messages are managed from the web dashboard (Server Management → Timed Messages)

Invite Tracker

Free

Reports which invite link a new member used and who created it.

When a member joins, the bot reports which invite link was used, how many times that link has been used in total, and who created it — all in the channel you choose. That makes it visible who actually brings people in and turns invite contests into something measurable. Deleted invite links still count, so an inviter never loses past credit. The bot needs the "Manage Server" permission for this; without it, both the command and the dashboard say so explicitly.

Invite Leaderboard

See who brought how many members from the dashboard; the achievement system can use this count directly.

Honest Uncertainty

If several members join at the same moment the bot does not guess; it marks the case as uncertain instead of reporting something false.

Permission Transparency

If the bot lacks "Manage Server" the feature does not fail silently; the command and dashboard name the missing permission.

Persistent Counting

Uses of deleted invite links stay in the count, so past contribution is never lost.

Invite Tracker Command Slash (/)
/setinvitelog kanal:#davet-log Sets the channel for invite notifications (Manage Server)

Server Analytics & Report Notifications

Free

Charts of message, member and voice activity, plus summary reports posted automatically to a channel.

The dashboard charts daily message counts, joins and leaves, and voice activity. Free servers see the last 7 days; premium servers get a selectable window of up to 90 days plus a calendar-month summary. You can also have the summary posted automatically to a channel: weekly on free servers, and daily, weekly and monthly on premium. Raw data is never deleted — the window in the dashboard is only a display limit.

Automatic Summary Report

The report is sent at the hour and time zone you choose, while period boundaries are computed on the UTC calendar.

Data Is Kept

Historical statistics are never deleted, so upgrading to premium reveals the older days too.

Three Cadences

Daily, weekly and monthly reports are toggled separately; free servers get the weekly cadence.

Charts in the Dashboard

Messages, joins, leaves and voice activity appear together as comparable charts on one screen.

Analytics Report Command Slash (/)
/setanalyticslog kanal:#rapor Sets the channel for analytics reports (Manage Server)

Giveaway Engine

Free

Countdown giveaways with multiple winners, ending and reroll support.

You give the prize, duration and number of winners, then start the giveaway. The bot posts a countdown announcement and collects entries itself. When time is up, winners are drawn at random and announced. If a winner is not eligible you can reroll, and you can end a giveaway early. Taking part in a giveaway is also an achievement metric — participants gain progress when the giveaway ends.

Multiple Winners

A single giveaway can pick several winners, drawn randomly and without repeats.

Reroll

If a winner is unreachable or ineligible, a new one is drawn from the same entry pool.

Early Ending

A giveaway can be ended before time; winners are drawn immediately under the same rules.

Linked to Achievements

Entering a giveaway counts as an achievement metric; progress is applied in bulk when the giveaway ends.

Giveaway Command Slash (/)
/giveaway Starts a giveaway with prize, duration and winner count (Manage Server)

Welcome & Farewell Studio

Free

Text, embed or image-card messages for members who join and leave.

You choose the channel, format and content of the message sent when a new member joins: plain text, a rich embed, or a personalised welcome card rendered with Rust Canvas. The card includes the member's avatar and server details. Welcomes can also be delivered by DM, and a farewell message is posted when someone leaves. Combined with auto roles, a new member is both greeted and started with the right role.

Visual Welcome Card

A per-member card is rendered with Rust Canvas, carrying the avatar, username and server details.

Welcome by DM

A private welcome can be sent in addition to the channel message; it is skipped quietly if the member has DMs closed.

Farewell Message

A separate message is posted when a member leaves, toggled independently from the welcome.

Placeholder Support

Use placeholders such as member name, server name and member count; the dashboard previews them live.

Welcome Command Slash (/)
/setwelcome Sets the welcome channel and message (Administrator)

Auto Roles & Role Panels

Free

Automatic role on join, plus self-service roles via buttons or a dropdown menu.

Two separate needs live in one module. First, auto roles: every member who joins is given a role on arrival (and bots can get a different one), so verification or starter permissions never have to be done by hand. Second, role panels: persistent messages, built as buttons or a dropdown, that let members pick their own roles. The panel message stays in place, members take or drop a role whenever they want, and moderators are not involved.

Buttons or Menu

A role panel can be built as a row of buttons or a dropdown select menu; both are persistent.

Separate Role for Bots

Bots added to the server can get a different role than members, keeping permissions tidy.

Hierarchy Safety

The bot can only grant roles below its own; higher roles are never attempted and failures are not swallowed.

Persistent Panel Message

The panel keeps working across bot restarts; there is no need to repost the message.

Role Commands Slash (/)
/setautorole Sets the role given to new members (Administrator)
/reactionrole Creates a button or menu role panel (Administrator)

Multi-channel Audit Logging

Free

Separate log channels for moderation, message, voice, member and server events.

VeyroBot does not force a single "log channel". Six separate event families can be routed to whichever channels you want: moderation actions, message edits and deletions, voice channel joins and leaves, member joins and leaves, member profile changes (roles, nicknames) and server structure changes. Any family can be left off, or all of them can point to the same channel. Every punishment issued through moderation commands is also stored in the member's record and can be reviewed from the web dashboard.

Six Event Families

Moderation, message, voice, member, member-profile and server events are routed independently.

Punishment Record

Bans, kicks, timeouts and warnings are stored in the member's record and reviewable in the dashboard.

Flexible Channel Layout

Collect everything in one channel, split each family into its own, or simply leave some off.

Noise-free Logging

The bot does not log its own messages or actions, so the channel keeps only what matters.

Logging Command Slash (/)
/setlog Sets the log channels (Administrator); detailed layout is configured in the web dashboard

Premium & License Management

Per-server licences, moving a licence to another server and the module matrix.

VeyroBot's core is free: music, moderation, AutoMod, levelling, achievements, giveaways, birthdays, support tickets, welcomes and logging all work fully on free servers. Premium unlocks modules such as the AI assistant, streamer notifications, the anti-raid shield and the personalised bot profile, and it also raises the numeric limits of modules like timed messages, reminders, achievements and analytics. A licence is granted per server, and its owner can move it to another server at any time. Each server administrator additionally decides which modules are switched on from the web dashboard.

Transferable Licence

A purchased licence can be moved between servers; the owner reassigns it from the dashboard.

Module Matrix

Administrators toggle each module separately; having premium does not force everything on.

Limit or Lock?

Some modules are premium-locked, while others such as achievements, reminders and timed messages are free and premium only raises the count.

Secure Payment

Payments are processed encrypted through a certified payment provider; card details are never stored by the bot.

Premium Command Slash (/)
/premium Shows the server's premium status and licence details

Personalised Bot Profile

Premium

Adapt the bot's avatar, banner and display name for this server.

The bot does not have to look the same everywhere. On premium servers its avatar, banner and display name can be changed for that server only, leaving its appearance elsewhere untouched. That turns the bot into part of your community identity: your mascot art, your theme colour and a name that fits your server. Uploading and previewing happens in the web dashboard.

Per-server Appearance

The change applies only to that server; the bot's look elsewhere is untouched.

Avatar and Banner

Upload your own artwork, crop it and preview the result before publishing.

Display Name

The bot's name on the server can match your community; commands stay exactly the same.

Matching Embed Colour

Used together with your server embed colour, the bot's messages follow your theme too.

Bot Profile Management Slash (/)
Web Panel The bot profile is edited in the web dashboard (Server Management → Bot Profile)

Rank Card Customisation

Free

Members pick a background for their /rank card or upload their own image.

A level card is not just a table of numbers — it is the visible face of a member's effort on your server. By signing in to the site with Discord, members can pick their rank card background from a ready-made gallery or upload their own image. The chosen background is reused on the achievement card, so both of a member's cards carry the same identity. This feature is per-member and can be switched off entirely by the bot owner, or limited to premium users.

Ready Gallery

Preset backgrounds are one click away, so a member can restyle the card without uploading anything.

Your Own Image

Uploaded images are stored safely on the server; no remote URL is ever fetched, only the local file is used.

Shared with Achievement Card

The same background is reused on the achievement card, so there is no second setting to maintain.

Managed Access

The bot owner can disable the feature entirely, or grant upload rights to premium users only.

Frequently Asked Questions

The most common questions about setup, pricing and data retention.

How do I add VeyroBot to a Discord server?

Invite the bot with the add link on the site and approve the permissions Discord asks for. Then sign in to the site with your Discord account, pick a server you administrate, and configure every module from the web dashboard; commands work immediately after setup.

Is VeyroBot free?

Yes. Music, moderation, AutoMod, levelling, achievements, giveaways, birthdays, support tickets, welcome messages, audit logging and invite tracking all work fully on free servers. Premium unlocks modules such as the AI assistant, streamer notifications, the anti-raid shield and the personalised bot profile, and raises the numeric limits of some modules.

Which languages does VeyroBot support?

The bot and the web dashboard work in seven languages: Turkish, English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian and Hindi. The server administrator picks the bot language from the dashboard, and Discord's own language setting is taken into account too.

Can I customise the bot's messages and modules for my server?

Yes. The texts and embed appearance of every module — welcome, levelling, achievements, reminders, timed messages and more — are edited from the dashboard, and each module can be switched on or off individually. On premium servers the bot's avatar, banner and display name can also be changed for that server only.

Can I move a premium licence to another server?

Yes. A licence is granted per server, and its owner can reassign it from the dashboard to another server they administrate. Premium gifted by the bot owner, however, cannot be transferred.

Is level and achievement data ever lost?

No. XP, levels, achievement progress and analytics records are stored permanently. The 7, 30 or 90 day windows in the dashboard are only a display limit; the raw data is never deleted.
