Discord Server Health Check

A server can look "set up" while its log channel is deleted, its auto-role can't be assigned or its verification level is off. VeyroBot checks these one by one, scores them and writes down the reason for every lost point. You see it on the Overview card in the dashboard, and some settings can be fixed there with one click.

The score is not a guess

It starts at 100 and only drops for checks that really fail. No AI estimate, no invented weighting; the reason for every lost point is on the card.

Three groups of checks

Security settings (@everyone permissions, verification level, 2FA for moderation, content filter, other bots holding Administrator), protection modules (AutoMod, Anti-Raid, Staff Protection, log channel) and silent failures (settings tied to a deleted channel, channels the bot can't post in, auto-roles that can't be assigned).

One-click fixes, undoable for 24 hours

Verification level, content filter and risky @everyone permissions can be fixed from the card. The fix runs with your real Discord permission — dashboard access through a role is not enough — and can be undone for 24 hours.

First report the moment it joins

When the bot joins, the first scan goes privately to the person who added it and is never posted in the server. Actions that failed even though settings look right are listed separately for the last 72 hours.

Who it’s for

Admins who have set their server up but aren't sure the settings actually work, and communities where several people change settings and silent failures pile up over time.

Who it’s not for

Too early for a server just created with no module configured yet: with nothing to evaluate no checks are produced, so the score tells you nothing.

Setup in 3 steps

  1. 1

Add the bot to your server

Open the invite link above, pick your server and approve the permissions. The bot comes online within seconds.

  2. 2

Open the dashboard and look at the Overview card

Dashboard → your server → Overview: the score, the failing checks and their reasons are listed there.

  3. 3

    Apply the suggested fixes

Apply the settings that can be fixed with one click; if you don't like the result, undo it within 24 hours. For missing security settings use the "Recommended security setup" section.

Frequently asked questions

How exactly is the score calculated?

It starts at 100 and each failing check subtracts points according to its severity. If there is nothing to evaluate (a module is off and no channel is selected), the check is not produced at all, so an empty "pass" cannot inflate the score.

Does a disabled module lower the score?

If it is off in your server, yes — the related protection check fails. But if the bot owner has disabled the feature for everyone, the check counts as locked and does not touch the score.

Who can apply a one-click fix?

The server owner or members with Administrator on Discord. Someone who reaches the dashboard through a role cannot change server settings. Every fix is written to Discord's audit log and can be undone for 24 hours.

Do live failures affect the score?

No. Actions that really failed — a welcome message that could not be sent, a role that could not be given — are listed separately for the last 72 hours; the score comes only from the checks.
