Discord Giveaway Bot
With reaction giveaways, someone usually has to check by hand who actually entered and who is allowed to win. In VeyroBot, a member who presses the Enter button on the giveaway message is recorded, the counter on the button shows the entries, and when time runs out the winners are picked and announced automatically. You start a giveaway with /giveaway or from the Giveaways Engine tab in the dashboard and manage it from the same place.
Join with a button
Pressing Enter is confirmed with a reply only that member can see, and the entry count on the button refreshes every few seconds. Someone who already entered and presses again gets the option to leave. Entries are stored in the database, so the button keeps working after a bot restart.
Duration, winners and prize
Duration is 1 minute to 7 days, winners 1–20, and the prize name up to 200 characters. When time is up, winners are drawn at random from the entrants, the giveaway message is updated with the result and the winners are mentioned in an announcement.
Role requirement
Optionally, only members with a certain role can enter; anyone without it gets a warning when pressing the button. The role and being in the server are checked again at the draw, so someone who lost the role or left can't win. @everyone and bot roles can't be used as a requirement.
End, reroll, cancel
With /giveaway-manage or the list in the dashboard, end a giveaway early, draw 1–20 new winners on a finished one while leaving out previous winners, or cancel it without picking anyone. The dashboard lists your last 20 giveaways with status and entry count.
Who it’s for
Communities that run regular giveaways for events, streams or member milestones; servers that want to limit entry to a single role such as verified members or supporters.
Who it’s not for
Anyone who wants entry to depend on several conditions like level, invites or message count — the only condition here is one role. Giveaways longer than 7 days can't be set up either.
Setup in 3 steps
-
1
Add the bot to your server
Open the invite link above, pick your server and approve the permissions. The bot comes online within seconds.
-
2
Check the module and permissions
Dashboard → your server → Overview: make sure the Giveaways Engine module is on. Whoever starts and manages giveaways needs the Manage Server permission, and the bot must be able to send messages in the giveaway channel.
-
3
Start the giveaway
In the channel, run /giveaway with the prize and a duration (like 30m, 2h, 1d), optionally adding the number of winners and a required role. Or, in the Giveaways Engine tab, pick the channel, prize, duration in minutes, winners and required role, then start it.

Frequently asked questions
Can members enter with an emoji reaction?
Not in new giveaways; entry is by button only. Older giveaways that were started with reactions still finish on the same engine, collecting entries from the reactions.
Can the same person win more than once?
Not in the same giveaway. Each member is recorded once, and a reroll removes earlier winners from the pool. If no eligible entrants are left, the reroll doesn't happen and you're told why.
Can a giveaway run longer than 7 days?
No. The maximum is 7 days, both in the command and the dashboard. For a longer event, start the giveaway in its final week.
Adding it is all it takes to try
