Terms of Service (Terms of Service)

By adding VeyroBot to your Discord server or signing in through the web panel, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, we recommend you do not use our services.

The bot operates under the following Discord rules, and any use that violates them is strictly prohibited: Terms of service and Community Guidelines.

VeyroBot provides the following services. Adding the bot is free; some features are part of the paid Premium plan, and the current list is on the Premium page:

• Music Engine: High-quality audio streaming from YouTube and Spotify links.
• AutoMod & Moderation: Automated content filtering, anti-raid protection, and advanced moderation tools.
• Level & XP System: Server-specific XP leaderboards and level management.
• Gemini AI: AI chat powered by Google Gemini on Premium servers; daily usage limits apply.
• Web Dashboard: Manage server settings with secure Discord OAuth2 login.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access:

• Spamming, bot abuse, or attempts to circumvent API rate limits.
• Distributing or broadcasting copyright-infringing content.
• Reverse engineering the bot, copying source code, or using it for competitive purposes.
• Harassing others, spreading hate speech, or sharing illegal content.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system or exploiting security vulnerabilities.

VeyroBot services are provided "as is". No liability is accepted for service interruptions, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services (YouTube, Discord API, etc.).

Music content is sourced from third-party platforms. Server owners are responsible for any copyright disputes arising from the use of this content.

YouTube alerts use the YouTube API Services; by using this feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms).

Premium subscriptions are sold and billed through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Your payment details are not stored on our servers.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase, without giving a reason. It is enough to contact us or Polar; the refund is issued to the payment method you used.

The refund right applies to the first purchase and does not cover automatic renewals. You can cancel your subscription at any time before it renews using the subscription management link in the email Polar sends after your purchase; if you need help, write to support@veyrobot.xyz. Licenses gifted by the bot owner and licenses granted through promotions are outside the scope. Requests where abuse is identified may be declined.

No deduction is made from the refunded amount: the full sum you paid is returned to the payment method you used. We suggest raising your refund request in our support server first — most problems are solved without a refund being needed.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord server or the web panel. Continuing to use the services after the change date means you accept the updated terms.
