Running someone over with a vehicle without reason or roleplay context. You can think of it as the vehicular version of RDM.

What is Mixing?

Mixing different roles together. For instance, running mafia business at the same time as your doctor character falls under mixing — every character is expected to stay within their own consistent storyline.

What is Power Gaming (PG)?

Doing things in the game that cannot be done in real life. For example, getting up and running away immediately after being run over by a car is power gaming — it violates the principle of realism.

What is CombatLog?

Leaving the game while a roleplay scenario (especially a gunfight) is ongoing. This is a severe violation because it both cuts the role short and provides an unfair advantage.

What is Revenge Kill (RK)?

Respawning and attempting to get direct revenge after someone kills you. As a natural consequence of the New Life Rule, you cannot carry grudges from your previous life into your new one.

What is Gun Out Of Nowhere (GOOA)?

Suddenly pulling out a large weapon without a visible bag or holster on your character. For the sake of realism, there must be logic behind where large weapons are produced from.

What is Bunny Hopping?

Trying to escape gunfire by jumping repeatedly. This is considered an unrealistic evasion tactic that exploits the game's physics engine.

What is Problock?

Using a vehicle to block building entrances/exits or roads. It is forbidden because it unreasonably restricts the freedom of movement of other players.

What is Car Ramming?

Damaging people or vehicles by crashing into them without reason. Similar to VDM, but with a broader scope.

What is Ninja Jacking?

Stealing a vehicle quietly without initiating any roleplay. Even in the case of grand theft auto, roleplay servers expect this to be done with proper role flow.

Other Roleplay Concepts to Know

While some of these concepts are not directly banned, they must be understood and applied for a quality roleplay experience.

What is Meta Gaming?

Incorporating information learned outside of roleplay (for example, from Discord, another player, or an OOC channel) into the role, even though your character has never learned that information.

What is New Life Rule (NLR)?

The rule that requires you to forget the events and grudges of your previous life and start a brand new life when your character dies. It is mandatory on almost all serious roleplay servers.

What is Fear RP?

Reacting with a sense of fear during a roleplay scenario, such as being held at gunpoint or kidnapped, just like in real life. Trying to fight back when a weapon is pointed at you is a Fear RP violation.

What is Fail RP?

Ruining the roleplay by making moves that you logically could not make within the context of roleplay. Example: suddenly pulling out your gun and fighting back while your hands are in the air and a weapon is pointed at you is Fail RP.

What is Copbait?

Displaying irrational/provocative behavior towards police characters — such as doing doughnuts and trying to draw attention for no reason when you see a police officer.

What is RP First, Bitch Later?

Refusing to accept the outcome when you attack a character or group stronger than you and lose. Losing is also part of the story in roleplay.

What is Bug Abuse?

Knowingly using technical bugs/exploits in the game for the development of your character (gaining money, items, advantages).

What is Non RP?

Using the server like an ordinary "freeroam" mode without getting into role at all.

What is Retarded RP?

Violating the rule that every action you take must have a logical reason. Behaviors that have no equivalent in real life, such as walking up to a random passerby and attacking them without cause, fall under this scope.

What is Refuse RP?

Refusing to participate in an initiated roleplay scenario — for example, completely ignoring someone when they stop you in-character and continuing on your way.
